First work of art for 2004, wow. Considering I did nothing whatsoever last year, I seem to be oddly inspired now. Drawn by hand, inked, scanned, then CGed.

Kyo has to be one of the sexiest anime/manga characters to draw, he's so incredibly evil. He looked wonderful just in black and white, but then once I had him scanned and I added a bit of colour, I couldn't help myself. He ended up looking like that [with blood added for good measure of course, adds to the appeal]. Took two days to draw, one night to CG. All in all, a rather quick process.

Very nice! Nice way of coloring. Manga style. Kyo is one of my most favorite characters beat out Kenshin who was my absolute favorite character for many years, till I read manga and watched anime of Samurai Deeper Kyo. Great work!

I love the style and the coloring. He's kinda...scary what with the blood and the slightly psychopathic look on his face. But it's a good psychopathic look, you know? Everything you put into it really seems to work together. Great job!

Awesome and as of writing this comment I finished watching the Ryo Volume one dvd like 10 minutes ago lol I really like this drawing alot and would have fitted perfectly for the cover of the Volume one dvd :D great job!
